Returns and refunds

You have 30 nights from delivery to decide if your Evariax pillowcase is right for you. If it isn't, we'll refund the full price you paid for it.

How to return an item Email us at care@evariax.com within 30 nights of delivery and we'll confirm the return address. Please include your order number.

Who pays for return shipping Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility. The original delivery cost, where one was paid, is refunded in accordance with EU law.

Condition Because the 30-night trial exists so you can genuinely sleep on it, we accept returns of used pillowcases. We only ask that the item is returned complete and free of damage beyond normal use.

Refunds Once we receive the return, we'll inspect it and issue your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 days to appear.

Your statutory rights Nothing here limits your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law. Our 30-night trial extends that period voluntarily.

Faulty items If your pillowcase arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by our 2-year guarantee, we cover the return shipping and replace or refund it. This is separate from the trial return above.
